Established in 1972, Louis Parent Realty Ltd. one of Essex County’s best
established real estate agents, has served the Belle River, Lakeshore, Windsor
and Essex County communities with our own personal small-town brand of

the long term. We've been here in Essex County for more than 30 years and
have established wonderful relationships with many of our clients living in
Belle River, Lakeshore, Windsor and Essex County during that time.
Our office is located in the centre of Belle River which is part of the Town of
Lakeshore. The Town of Lakeshore is made up of previous Town of Belle River and
Townships of Emeryville, Puce, Maidstone, Rochester, Tilbury North, and Tilbury
West in Essex County, Ontario. We’re also active in home sales in the Town of
Essex and the City of Windsor.
We don't have any interest in making quick sales at the expense of our clients.
We believe that we have a responsibility to provide fair, accurate and open
communication with all our clients in order to prepare them to make informed
decisions when it comes to buying or selling a home.
Phil Dorner, owner and operator of Parent Realty, is the President of the
Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board and is working to help that organization
maintain its proactive role as the local body representing real estate
professionals to the public. Phil also hopes to implement new technology, as it
is becoming available, to improve the overall home buying experience for the
general public.
Phil has spent the better part of his adult life providing real estate services
to his friends, neighbours and newcomers to our community. During that time, he
